This pick up was a great addition to my old classical nylon string guitar. The sound is much better than I expected. Just one minor note, although there is plenty output from the pick up, the volume control on the pick up does not seem to have much action. Also when installing, make sure the cable from the pickup to the 1/4" female jack does not come in contact with the top of your sound board of the guitar or it will buzz on certain notes. That being said, I would recommend it to give an old guitar a new dimension in sound.
