I am able to put my meal prep container at the bottom and still leave room for two 1 1/2 cup containers. If needed I can also put my 20oz travel mug inside standing up which is about 7in tall. It's feels sturdy and the handles are a good length I can slid it up to my elbow and it leaves my hands free.
