This is so easy to use and clean. I use it on chicken so I can flatten it to make chicken parm. I also use it on steak so I can bread and fry it. It doesn't take much effort to put the blades through the meat. There is also very little chance you will get cut by the blades- so it is safe too. Comes with a protective case for it to sit in when not in use.
