I searched and searched for a bag of some sort to bring on a trip to Europe. I wanted something larger in size that would be secure but I didn't want an actual tote bag that I would have to carry on my shoulder everyday. I ended up choosing a cross body bag and this bag as well. It was sufficient. The cross body bag held all of my important items and felt super secure. This bag I used on the flight and on the train. The good thing about it was that it did feel secure because you have to go in through the back of it to access your items. (The zipper part of it is up against your back so no one can reach into it.) However that was also the down side - it was a pain to take it off and unzip it from the back every single time. Overall it was fine, but I don't see myself using it again unless I go somewhere that I am concerned about security.

This bag is extremely roomy. You can fit a ton inside without it appearing or feeling bulky. The material and straps are durable. It is easy to wipe down as well in the event of a spill. The additional shoulder strap makes it nice for grab and go when you're in spaces that doesn't allow you to wear a backpack. The front zipper pocket is perfect for your phone or keys.
