Convenient, cute but a little small

I love the look of the black and gold backpack. I removed the front logo for a sleeker look and had to trim a few loose threads when the bag arrived. I have a modela breast pump and was disappointed to find that it maxed out the upper compartment to fit my pump, cords and breast milk bags. The bottles and flanges fit in the bottom with an ice pack and as many bags of milk as I can fill during the work day - 5 or 6. I thought the bag would be roomier but I have learned to jigsaw puzzle everything in and fit my wallet and keys in the upper compartment which causes the zippers to bulge a little. Overall very convenient, cute and keeps milk cool for a 10 hour work day. Ice pack starts to warm up by end of the day.

This backpack is the perfect size for the medela pump in style. I don't have everything in the bag in the picture, but it holds a container for coconut oil and a set of flanges and pumping pieces, charger, steam bag, 25 pack of milk bags, 10 disposable breast pads all in the top. You could probably get another set of pumping pieces in too but not 2 sets of flanges, unless they are 24 mm. I have 27 and 30mm so they would be too big to fit 2 sets in with everything else and still have a little wiggle room. Bottom has plenty of room.. not sure if I really need 2 ice packs or not but you can see how much it can hold if needed. Have not experienced any liquid/spills in it so I have not tested whether it is leakproof or not. I also like the zipper options. Allows access to back without having to pull everything out and access to front so pump is easily accessible. Overall I would say worth it! Nice size- not too big or too small, but hold everything you need. (This is the Large size bag. I tried doing medium size and it fit nothing but my pump.)

I purchased this bag because of the insulation component. I am not someone who uses a breast pump, but I do need to keep insulin at a safe temperature and keep my meter and strips cool while out and about. I like how I'm able to use the bottom portion with a couple of ice packs and know my medicine is safe. I live in Florida and it's really hot right now. I was using a top rated product from my pens but it did not keep my insulin cool enough. I have gone out for 10+ hours and come home to find my insulin still cool. Not having to stress about disposing of bad insulin because it got hot is so nice because insulin is not cheap. Even with three ice packs and my pen, I'm able to put an apple juice in the bottom section which I need for hypo events. In the top section I have a full sized wallet, my meter supplies, keys, a small sharps container, and other items. The back pocket is really nice because I can keep my phone and a debit card for easy access.
I gave this 4 stars because I can't attest to the actual breast pump storage. However, for my needs it's really great. I wish it was a little bigger but it gets the job done!

Roomy and keeps milk cold for long travel days

This bag is awesome for travel. I was able to fit a motif Luna pump with one set of bottles, the Willow hands free pump, one charger for the Willow and plenty of milk bags in the top portion. The bottom kept cold for cross country travel that was over 20 hours due to delays. Though the ice packs melted by the time I got home, I had to open the bottom each time I pumped and put the fresh milk in, so I was impressed how long it kept cool in the compartment even though the ice melted. The lower compartment is also really roomy. I did a test with another brand and this one didn't keep as cold as another one that was smaller, but because this one has the extra compartment to also put the pump I ended up keeping both and used this one as my carry on and the other one in my checked bag to transport the milk pumped from the week. That actually worked perfectly so I didn't have to worry about the milk from the week taking up all the space in this one as I traveled.
