I originally bought an extra small following the size recommendation, but turned out too small and ordered this one. S/M. It fits almost OK. It definitely helps as a reminder not to move my shoulders in a wrong way, but not sure if it's giving me any support. I recently found out that my spraspinatus has been detached and fully retracted for over a decade. And two of my rotator cuff tendons are raptured due to muscle atrophy caused by a long term chemotherapy over the recent years. I am finally off the chemotherapy and my rotator cuff injury started healing partly thanks to this reminder gadget.

I weigh 175lb. I have a 44 inch chest and 15 inch arms. Got a large. The chest strap is a bit too small. Got it maxed out and wish there was more pressure. Bicep strap is fine. Was definitely a bit difficult to do by my self. Just can't reach behind well enough even with most of my shoulder mobility. I wish the chest strap was fully velcro to allow more room for "error" but it's just the end.

The customer support was amazing. I bought the wrong size and their packaging says to contact them and you will get the correct size for free. The shipped it right out and it made a huge difference. I did not "fix" my arm, obviously I am going to need a surgery, but to stabilize it and to keep it warm and cold so efficiently is a huge help on the days when the shoulder is almost unbearable. Highly recommend this product and this company.

I hoped this shoulder support would actually support my shoulder, which it really doesn't.
It does hold a great (included) ice pack in the correct position.
It actually was NOT easy to put on by myself, and needed help to get it adjusted. I'm disappointed, as I am usually alone when using.
So far, after initial fitting, I only open one strap to take it off or put it on, but grabbing the loose strap behind me is a little challenging.
Heavy neoprene, seems quite durable.
It doesn't restrict my movement, and I only feel support while walking.
It does hold a great (included) ice pack in the correct position.
