What a fabulous dress! From reading the reviews I went one size up (which Amazon recommended, too). I usually wear a medium so I got a large. Incredibly flattering, nice stretch to the material and not so tight that it shows any panty lines or bulges and falls just above the knee. I'm 5'8" and 160 lbs. I had lost about 75 lbs. over the last 2 years and at 73 have a lot of sagging skin. As I said wear a medium or a size 10 pants now. I bought 2. One in black and the other this lovely blue/black/gray.

Im 5'0, 140lbs, ordered a medium. It has lots of stretch and fit slightly loose on my frame. I could have done a small if i wanted a tighter fit. Dress fell right below my knees. I ordered it in two colors and loved both so im keeping them. Very flattering on a curvy frame, hid my pudgy belly. It can handle extra large bahoobies if needed. It was roomy for me up there and i am a 36c.
