We tried this non alcoholic champagne as a possible option at our upcoming wedding. We bought this & the rose'. I preferred this, my fiance preferred the rose'. I found both to be tasty but the rose' seemed a little more bitter, somewhat like hibiscus. After reading the ingredients, we decided the elderberry in the rose' probably caused the variation in flavor. Overall, they are both a really good option as a fun, non alcoholic beverage that's not Martinelli's apple cider for 5 years olds at Thanksgiving. They both have effervescence (fizz) & the bubbles are small but MIGHTY! Open this one with extreme caution. The rose' opened a lot less fizzy but still open both slooooooowlyyyyyy. I read many reviews before making the purchase & many said they lost nearly a full glass due to the violent fizz. If you want a show stopping opening like champagne, this is your time to shine! They also both have little bits of tea leaves in the bottom so don't be alarmed at what you see. Upon pouring t=our initial glasses, we didn't get any debris but it could be possible for the person finishing the bottle to encounter a little. Tasty, fizzy, in our book, winner!
