Great as 5th wheel backup camera

I use a separate battery in bed of truck and hook to this camera. I already have the S7 monitor for rear of 5th wheel. This camera allows backing up truck to support hooking up 5th wheel to hitch a breeze. Other cameras were found inadequate for 5th wheel application. This camera fixes that painful problem I had having to get in/out of truck 20 times to back up truck to RV 5th wheel PIN. Now I can back right up and align to the RV pin with extreme accuracy for a safe connection every time.

This camera order was received much more quickly (and at a greatly reduced price) than it would have had I ordered it direct from the company. It is of good quality and will be of great value when having to back into an RV spot on the road.
The installation and pairing instructions leave much to be desired for me. Having a tri-camera setting is mentioned, yet no mention of how long or short that setting can be sustained. I hold Furrion liable for that.

Easy replacement for a bad camera

Bought the camera and monitor 3 - 4 years ago. Last year the picture on the monitor became almost unviewable. Did a little research and found it was more likely than not the camera had gone bad (moisture maybe). Thought I'd take a chance and see if a new camera would correct the problem. Found this at a much cheaper price than replacing the whole unit (camera & monitor). Easy plug and play replacement. Works like new again. Looking forward to being able to see what's behind me again.
