So originally I left a 1 star review because the QR code led to an app that the iPhone wouldn't work with. The Apple Store does not support the EnerPlex app and so that was frustrating. However if you look up the app Feelfit it will work! Very easy interface once you get past that hiccup. It lost a star since it provided faulty instructions.

This scale is awesome, finally one that is accurate and measures everything from my weight to the dime, skeletal muscle, BMI, body fat and more. This was super simple to sync, I have an iPhone and the instructions were easy.
I downloaded the app and was able to set up my profile in under a minute. I like that multiple people can use the app and same scale and also if I weigh myself but don't have the app open it syncs up as soon as I open it later on. They seem to take care of the app as it's had updates and new features added. It also gives me a rolling graph on how my weight is progressing. I'm into fitness so this was a great buy for me.
Customer service was great, they followed up to make sure I got it and make sure I was happy, and I am!
