I love the wide mouth on this jar. It allows for spoons and measuring spoons to fit easily. It has been a great new home for my sourdough starter. My only complaint is the seal seams to be made from very rigid, cheap plastic.

It Broke While Putting the Lid On

Item was packed nicely with plenty of packaging. It has been exactly what I wanted for keeping cookies in, but the other day I heard a loud bang when putting the lid back on. Did not notice it at first, but that was the sound of a crack in the jar that you can plainly see in the photo. Amazon is telling me that this product can not be returned or exchanged. Very unhappy. Will look somewhere else for another jar.
EDIT: Folinstall must have seen my negative review and refunded the full price of the jar. That was unexpected. I will have to say that Folinstall's Customer Service is very good. Because of that I will raise my 2 star review to 4 stars. The jar is thick and heavy and should not have cracked like that, hence I have trouble giving it the full 5 stars. Because of the excellent customer service, I can recommend Folinstall and will purchase from them again.
