This pitcher is great for brewing hot or cold tea. It can take boiling water without the handle getting hot and the size is perfect for my mini fridge (3.1 cu ft). The mouth is very wide so it's extremely easy to wash and clean. I don't like the included filter because I think it's too narrow for tea but that's a nonissue for me as I use a superfine mesh strainer I bought from Japan.
The ONE problem I have with this product is that the spout is horrible. If you fill the pitcher near the 1000ml mark, pouring will be horrendously messy.

Feels very sturdy overall. Was very easy to clean, even the filter which I though would have little grinds of coffee sticking to it. I don't own a dishwasher so I hand wash everything.
The markings on the glass for water volume are accurate only when there's a cup of coffee inside the filter. So the actual capacity is 5 cups and not 4.
The only concern I have is that the filter seems very flimsy. Maybe that's by design, maybe it helps the brewing process somehow. I do not know. I will be very sad if it breaks too soon.
A french press grind is enough for this thing. None of the larger particles made it to my cup. The superfine ones (which can't really be filtered) settled at the bottom and stayed there when I poured out the coffee into a mason jar (so that I could brew another batch).

This product is very well made. The glass, coffee filter and lid are very durable. I made coldbrew and it turned out great! The filter is easy to clean as well as the glass container. The lid keeps the coldbrew fresh. I would highly recommend this product!

Very nice product, makes great cold brew coffee. It does need like a weight or something to keep the grounds down I suggest ice cubes. You do have to watch the handle on the infuser, it can popp off, but that's my only complaint.
