When this first came I wondered if getting it was a mistake. But it is a very strong piece of metal with no moving parts which makes it durable. It lies flat in the drawer too. And it does a difficult job with ease. Even a super glue cap came off with no problem. This little gizmo should last a good long time.

Great idea, but a bit hard to use! Takes a couple of tries to get the teeth fixed on the top to be opened. I'm using it to open 15ml watercolor tubes. Once it's finally in the right place, it opens the top easily! Great staple to keep with my tubes of watercolors! Thanks!
