Luckily I was able to try it out because I had an older broken massage pad with a compatible power supply. But this product didn't include the power supply like it was supposed to.

I used to own an expensive Panasonic Shiatsu massage chair which cost thousands. It broke and I decided to give this massager a try. I had no great expectations, BUT, oh my! This is just as strong as my fancy chair and the kneading may actually be even more effective. I really like this device and am glad I tried it before spending more. My only gripe is that it is very ugly to look at. I wish they had an off-white version which would blend in with a lighter decor. That said, for function, this massager is fantastic.

Originally I was looking at another brand but the price keep increasing because I didn't move fast enough so I went with this. Easy to setup and perfect for our height 5'-5'4". The shiatsu is nice and strong. There is an option for rolling but I don't really feel it. The neck massage feels great. There was a card to increase the warranty from 1 to 3 years for free and they responded right away. Highly recommend.

This is my first purchase of this type of item. I'm extremely happy I picked this one. 6'3" 225 lbs The massage is strong on the back and with the neck adjusted up it hits the spot. The heat option works nice and the seat vibration is just right.
I use it in the recliner and adjust the chair to have more or less pressure on the back pad.
