These do an okay job of painlessly moving out some of the poo, but you do need to drink a lot of water with it, which can be annoying before bed because I have to get up a couple times to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I can't have a bowel movement on my own so for years I've been using different colon cleanses. But Everytime I take them I have to devote an entire day to the bathroom and the cramps are always so painful.
