My one complaint with this new device is when I turn it on I often must unplug the power cord and then re-plug it back in in order to get to the home page. It has played all my files however.

I would have given this an overall 5 rating, but the device failed shortly after the return period. We really like this media player, and the support I received after purchase from Nice Wealth. We had been using the player for a week or two and it suddenly stopped playing my videos. Since I was just outside the return period for this player I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself. After trying new cables and drives to see if it was a problem with my equipment I then contacted Amazon support to see what my options there were and a possible warranty replacement. Glenda from Amazon suggested some troubleshooting options and then helped me contract the seller, Nice Wealth.
The Nice Wealth representative -Icey- helped with troubleshooting and finally we determined the media player was defective. Icey was great and promptly shipped me a replacement; I had the replacement the very next day! I was very pleased with the support I received from Icey at Nice Wealth, and I would buy from them again.

I have a collection of old home videos, backups of movies we've bought, and so on built up over probably 2 decades at this point. That means they're in every format you can imagine: AVI, MOV, MP4, MKV, and some oddballs. This thing plays them all - I haven't found a single video it wouldn't handle. Its interface is extremely crude, little more than a basic file browser. I would give it 5 stars if they put a little more work into that. But for what it is, at this price, it's great.
