It's actually great edible paper for caramel wrapping but cannot be twisted. Rice paper is very fragile and especially if it's exposed to air it becomes brittle so I roll my caramels in and stuff them in a jar. Some of my friends love the paper around caramel some of them finds the idea weird but it's really cool. It has no taste so wouldn't matter. I've been using it for years.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this product. I use it for taking kratom and other plant powders and have had no problems what so ever. They are stiffer than oblate discs but none of them have ever cracked one me. Use up to one tsp at a time per sheet and you should be able to fold them easily. People try to cram in more and it just doesn't work. Then they blame the sheets and go back to paying out the backside for oblate discs/tubes.
