They arrived on time and well packaged. They are extremelt flexible. I placed them on a cookie sheet for support making them easy to move around. I filled them and used the edge of a flat spatula to level and compress the filling. After refrigeration, the bars easily popped out of the mold. Their shape was absolutely perfect and clean up was a breeze.
