If I have two minutes to myself I get the mask out of the freezer and put it on my face for about 30 seconds or so. The mask stays cold for some time, I also put it on my neck and chest. It is just as described. Soft cloth material on one side, washable plastic on the other. Mine lives in the freezer. Haven't tried it warm.

I had to buy because it was so popular and it didn't disappoint! I love using it at night as it relaxes me and helps me slow down before I go to sleep.
