Turns out I installed my camera upside-down, which in my opinion is easy to do. You have to take the camera off the bracket, to mount the bracket first, then install the camera. But there is no "top or bottom" markings so it was a 50/50 guess. So the image on the monitor and the parking lines were upside-down.
Anyways just flipped the camera around and re-installed it and issue fixed. great customer service response and timing was fast. So far the image seems clear and instantaneous.
