I use this for nasal rinses. It's much better than many others on the market, and it dries more quickly than those in softer plastic. I have brought it with me for travel, though its shape makes it a little inconvenient to pack if you don't use the box. I wish there were such a thing as a glass version of this so that I wouldn't be exposing myself to plastics, but given what's on the market, this is a great choice. I love the button underneath the bottle that propels the liquid upwards. Much better and easier to work with than those squeeze bottles !

I'd been hesitant and terrified to try any nasal irrigation system out. This cost efficient one did not disappoint. I was still scared when starting to use it, but it works just as described. The patch used to test the water didn't work, so I resorted to putting drops of water on the strip. Only then did I see the word, "ok". It's comparable to water getting in your nose when swimming, but don't forget to breathe with your mouth open and lean forward. I'll have to use it more regularly, but I was able to get a lot of relief after the first use.

Some recommended nasal cleaning using Navage due to very severe allergies I've had recently. Someone also recommended an old school Neti Pot to be effective. I found this item which is a compromise and found it worked out perfectly and can be easily carried for travel. Unlike the bulky battery operated Navage, this inexpensive devices used gravity to force water through sinus. Unlike the traditional neti pots where you have to completely tilt and pour, this system uses pressure controlled by air release button on bottom and contoured spout to easily force water into and out other nostril with easy and little effort. it also includes saline salt packets. Save money and time and buy this one!
