I work in a metal shop and protecting my arms from heat and potential hazards is crucial. The arm sleeves helps shield me from sparks and metal fragments while providing some relief from the heat generated by machinery. However, I've noticed that the sleeves tend to feel a bit loose after a couple washes. While they serve their purpose to some extent, there's room for improvement in terms of durability for daily use in a metalworking environment. Then again this isn't what this was made for so I can't complain.

These are probably the best fitting sport sleeve I have ever bought. I would rate 5-stars but they only held together for 4 to 8 wearing and then the top stitching came out and are no longer useful. I play golf 5 times a week and work outdoors around the house the other 2 days and am always wearing sleeves as it really does help keep me cool.

I was very pleased with the colors and how well they work with most anything you want to wear. I have only worn them once but they did the job. They provided total sun protection in 98 degree heat and amazingly I didn't even feel hot wearing them. I'm guessing if I should decide to wear them in winter they should keep my body heat in making me stay warm. Their ability to expand while holding their shape and still providing UVA/UVB protection is great! I'm a smaller person and they worked fine but I let my brother (who is average height) borrow a pair and they worked just as well for him. The only reason I'm giving these a four star is that after wearing them for several hours the sleeves started to slip down a bit. Nothing too bad but I did pull them up a few times. Overall, it's a great product and does what I need it to do, keep the sun's ray out. The pros of this product definitely outweigh and negatives. I doubt any other sleeves could do any better, especially for the price.
