The sleeve goes on easily and bends without restrictions during something like a golf swing. I am concerned about overexposure to the sun and this does the trick.

Just received these New Balance Performance Arm Sleeves. I had to guess on size. The NB website does not seem to address this product's size. Most reviewers just say" fits as expected " which is not helpful. Fortunately, the Large/XL size seems to fit me- not too tight. My bicep measures about 12 inches with arm at my side (not flexed). My shirt sleeve length is 34 inches. Hope this helps.
