I had someone help me install this new seal, and it was fairly easy to do. One person could do the job, but it was easier to have one person feeding it and one sliding it in. The quality seems fine and it was plenty long and was able to easily cut it to size. MAKE SURE YOU CUT IT LONGER THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED BECAUSE MINE SEEMS TO HAVE SHRUNK. IT SEEMS THAT PULLING IT IN STRETCHED IT OUT, THEN IT SHRUNK BACK TO SIZE.
