Needed to order another pad"¦ not enough padding on original orde

Used on a knee scooter for two straight months. Though this helped ease the discomfort of the pressure that is put on the knee, it was deformed within the first week of use. Every night, I would take it off and "fluff" it to help bring the shape back a little. I ended up adding a folded pillowcase to the top to give it more softness as well. I had to tie a knot as close to the tightening mechanism and then wrapped the remaining tie around the adjuster knob on the scooter to keep the pad from slipping around as well. Good product, could be better!

ah! my knee feels so much better. the grippers can grip slightly off and the string seems to come undone after a bit with the pulling over time however the memory foam is good quality and maybe I just need to tie better knots. this is helping with the knee soreness for sure!

update week later - this is awesome. It has developed a bit of a squeak, the wheel I think I'm 140 pls

I purchased this knee pad after I had purchased another from the same company. This one had reviews that the memory foam lost its memory after awhile and it slipped around, so I chose the other that was NOT memory foam thinking it would hold up better. That one was too firm and would sink in under my knee, but then push up on my cast, which caused more discomfort than the knee scooter. (I'm also still in a plaster cast, not a walking boot. That may make a difference) So I bought this one with the memory foam and it is so so so much better! I also like that it doesn't have a furry cover to shed all over the place. It reminds me of a thick bicycle seat cushion. I will say it does still shift around a good bit from the pressure of your leg, but that's not a really big deal to me since it's not slipping around and causing me to lose balance or anything. As I've read in other reviews, it may be a big deal to others. The toggle to keep it in place needs to hold a little better to keep up with the pressure. I think a different fastening mechanism would be better overall because the long string keeps coming untucked too. I've also noticed that my leg tends to angle to the outside edge of the knee scooter with or without the pad, so that could also cause the pad to shift more and there's not much you can do about that. I love that this is black to blend in with the scooter as well. I do wish the material was a little softer. It does irritate my sensitive skin a bit. Hopefully once I have the walking boot and can wash properly, my skin won't be as sensitive. We'll see. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pad if you're stuck with a knee scooter. It's certainly an improvement!

Great comfort cover!! So necessary!!! Much better then any of the others! Way more comfortable! The others are too stiff or two Smashy! This one is perfect!!
