Overall it is a decent product for the price. One of the cheapest available that will attempt to calculate your time over distance. First impressions were good, but we'll see if it lives up to expectations.

The Good:
- Build quality is fantastic! Definitely feels like a solid piece of equipment that'll stand for some heavy use.
- Assembly was easy to figure out. 15 minutes solo if you have some ratchet tools with hex bits.
- It's really quiet. Doesn't matter for me as it's in my garage, but you could use this puppy next to a sleeping baby and never wake them. Even better if you pop it in front of the TV to get your row on while you binge watch a show.

The Bad:
- Digital monitor is lackluster. Feels like a very cheap knock off product that was an afterthought once the company built the machine. Plastic felt like some kind of cheap hobby electronic, definitely didn't feel like the same quality as the rest of the product.
- Distance/time calculator is wildly inaccurate. On a Concept2 Model D at max resistance, I'd average a 2 minute 500m row, however after my first session on this at max resistance it was "calculating" a 4 min 500m. It's almost like it doesn't account for the momentum you'd build during normal rowing, and will only add distance while you're pulling. You'll have to gauge your workouts differently to account for this.
- The magnetic resistance is... Weird. I normally use a concept2 model d at the gym, and going from that to this was a really strange feeling. Not terrible, but just felt awkward at first.

If you don't care about a more accurate distance/time tracker, and just want a great deal on a row machine, this is definitely a good option.

After owning this equipment for some months, it has not failed me at all. Build quality is solid still, no squeaking or loose ends. The battery in the computer lasted way longer than expected. Not at all disappointed by the purchase, and it has managed to stay a regular part of my workouts rather than becoming some kind of crazy clothes airer.

I've only worked out on a Concept 2 brand rower at the gym in the past so I was very impressed with the Circuit Fitness performance. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars for a machine I may be using temporarily until I'm comfortable going back to the gym. For the price it's a good value and has good resistance levels for me. It is very quiet which was a plus and was very easy to assemble, I only needed a pair of extra hands at one stage of the assembly.
I would have given this a 5 star but I wasn't thrilled with the monitor. Although it does keep track of your workout it doesn't completely reset to zero the next time you use it. I needed to play close attention to where the stats start to figure out my present stats; without removing the batteries and restarting the monitor again.

Overall I love my rowing machine, but I had to use a crescent wrench to bend some metal so that I could install the footrest. After using the machine for about a week, the footrest squeaks. I have tightened it up, but it still squeaks. It doesn't bother me much because I wear earbuds! Also loved the $19.99 deliver option as it weighed 93 lbs and they placed it downstairs in the basement for me.

My husband and I received our rowing machine a few weeks ago and so far think it's great. We intend to use it for maintaining our physical fitness as we approach 50 y/o, not for intense training. It was easy to assemble, directions were clear and parts were well organized. It took us about 40 min to assemble it. Make sure you leave all of the hardware in the package and take out pieces as you need them so that they don't get mixed up. The machine has no bells or whistles. It has a very simple screen that shows you things like time, distance, calories burned and speed, among a few others. There are enough resistance levels to satisfy our needs. You can put the machine on race mode, but I haven't tried it yet. The machine is quiet, smooth and sturdy. There is plenty of length for my husband who is 6'2" with room to spare. Overall so fare it is a verygood machine for the money.

Haven't used it yet, just got it put together. Instructions weren't that great but it wasn't too hard to put together. Missing the 4 screws that attaches the screen to the frame sadly.. will have to go to local hardware store and try to find those screws.
