I have asthma, and take some meds and inhalers for it. But sometimes, especially during weather changes, I feel congested. It's not wheezing, but it's uncomfortable. I have now taken the pills from Cleanse Right for the fifth day. I am feeling much better. I don't feel congested, and as a result, I have more energy. I'm not having any sinus or ear problems either. I have been wondering for quite a while if there was a vitamin and herbal supplement that I could take, and I've found it. The formula has the ingredients that work for me. I will continue to take these caplets regularly, and I expect to improve my lung health even more.

Boy there are a lot of vitamins out there for allergies! I'd been using a generic allergy vitamin from GNC that was in the $30 dollar ranges and got ok results (dried up my nose, helped with teary eyes). I probably would've kept down that route but I bought this ear wax remover from the same company (Cleanse Right? Blue Echo Care? Not sure the actual name of the company) and saw that they'd released a vitamin to go with the ear wax removers. Thought that if I could get both an allergy medicine that helps keep my ears unclogged, I'd kill two birds with one stone! We'll see how this works out. Same basic ingredients as what I was using except a few differences. Also, though I'm not a vegetarian myself, I had no idea most vitamins aren't vegetarian. Thought that was interesting.

The capsules are large (elongated) so uncomfortable to swallow. Suggested dose is 2 pills twice daily but I'm only taking 2 pills once a day for now. Not sure how it is going to react to my other medications. Have only been taking about 3 days so far. Haven't noticed a difference yet.
