Gift for grandson. Bigger than expected

This beanbag is AWESOME... well, it's doesn't actually have beans per se'... it has chunks of foam inside which I think helps to hold it's shape and keep you from sinking in like the old style bean bags. Very heavy duty and it has an inner back so you can remove the outer to wash it which we've already done once. We got the 5 foot and are very happy with it for an adult and 7-9 year old 1 kid or 2. The 6 foot would probably be better for 2 adults if you have room.

I had an issue with my Ultimate Sack 6000, so I emailed Customer Service on Friday, 4/7, and within hours Janine responded with apologies and an offer to replace the Sack. Since it was Easter weekend, I thought the replacement would take a while, but Monday morning I was advised the new Sack would be delivered that day. An hour later FedEx delivered the replacement. I can't say enough about the incredible customer service Ultimate Sacks provides. It is very obvious they truly care about the customer being 100% satisfied and they will go above and beyond to fix any issues. I'm extremely appreciative and I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Sacks. First let me say, my Ultimate Sack arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled, major bonus.

I turned my office into a reading nook and, after researching many bean bag options for cozy seating, I landed on an Ultimate Sack 6000. I've had it set up for about 5 hours and I have zero regrets.

After watching videos about the set up, it was easy peasy, no mess, no fuss, 10 minutes and done, (minus fluffing and rolling). A lot of low star reviews say it's not very full, they sink to the floor, or it's flat and nothing like the pictures - this is the complete opposite of my experience, even after only 5 hours. It takes time and effort to work the memory foam. Flip the sack, fluff it, turn it upside down then upright again and it will look and feel enormously full. I even rotate it so I don't sit on the same side every time. Plus, my 50 yo butt had no issues getting out of the sack, which was a small concern I had.

Yes, the Ultimate Sack takes a tiny bit of work to keep it comfy, but anything worth enjoying usually does.

I HIGHLY recommend the Ultimate Sack 6000 and ottoman. In the few hours I've had it set up, I'm enormously pleased with my purchase. It is well made, the cover is very soft and it truly feels like I'm sitting on a cloud.

Delivery is fast, set up is easy, and the minimal work it takes to keep it comfortable is beyond worth it.

So I bought one of these earlier in the year and it was great. Comfortable and exactly as described. I bought another a couple months later. NOT THE SAME. This one is very different than the one purchased earlier. It sags and did not puff up like the 1st. Not nearly as comfortable as the 1st. Going to contact support and see what they say and will edit my rating if I get a response.

UPDATE: Ultimate Sack responded and fixed the issue.
