Well built great support. We had an issue with one of the winches and they quickly resolved the problem.
LOVE THIS! Perfect for backyard fun during stay at home orders :)

We bought this directly from HearthSong and it's the best thing for my 4 (it was his quarantine birthday present) and 6 year old. They spend so much time playing in it. Super easy to set up between two trees. Very good quality and super stable.
Know the size of your trees first!

I have a hard time giving anything from Hearthsong a negative review because I genuinely LOVE their products. They are well made and we have numerous items from them. Even still...
First Issue:
"¢The instructions list the optimal distance between trees to hang the tunnel. Check- I have optimal distance, 21 feet 1 inch.
"¢The problem is that I have two REALLY large trees. I could have missed it, but I never saw anything that specified the SIZE the trees should be. That's important, because the ratchet strap and extra strap aren't long enough, even though I have optimal distance between my trees.
"¢I checked Amazon to see if there were any additional "extension" type straps offered, but didn't find anything. I then called custom service at Hearthsong. (Their customer service, as Amazon's, is great). The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful, but even in her search and speaking to others she said she had never come across this problem before and they did NOT have any extension type strap they sold for this product.
"¢I had two extra large straps I purchased for my ENO hammock and decided to try them out since they each held up to 200lbs. They were 1/2 the width so I didn't feel they would be as sturdy, but I just wanted to see how long of a strap I would need. That worked, and I thought it would be strong enough to hold my little ones just fine. I tried to post numerous pictures to show what I'm talking about. But then there was the next problem...
Second Issue:
"¢My kids were less than thrilled when it finally got hung up. I had to call them 3 times to come try it out. When they finally did they climbed through it a couple of times and then they were done. Maybe if it connected to a treehouse or something it would have challenged their imaginations more. Who knows?
"¢$350 is a lot to pay when you can't effectively and safely hang it up and your kids are only so so about it.
The PROS:
"¢It is super well made from ropes to straps and it is something that would for sure last a long time IF you have the right trees and your kids dig it!
"¢I gave this 4 stars because of the pros listed above, their excellent customer service, and the easy & free return of a LARGE item through Amazon.

We used this inside, not exactly as it was intended but my 10yo and friends loved it. We hung it on a diagonal. They used it for climbing through and also just sitting and chilling out in it.
Perfect
