This will be one of my Faraday boxes for Election Day 2020 shenanigans"”and you KNOW there will be some. Was easy to line inside base and lid with bubble wrap. My cell phone and emergency power bank are both going inside this metal box on Election Day so when the EMP hits (you never know!) at least my phone will be operational if the power grid and cell towers ever come back up. My modified lunchbox will also fit my little digital hand-held FM AM Weather radio. All digital items will never work again if the EMP hits them. I can't afford to buy a fancy, pre-made one but hopefully after a lot of online research, this will work.

These boxes are the same size and material as the lunch boxes I used in school to carry my lunch in, minus the thermos that seemed indestructible given I used mine all the way through school. I'm not using them for lunch boxes this time around. I have several electronic tools I needed to store that didn't come with cases, like my stud finder, laser level, infrared thermometer, etc. A little foam and these serve my need very well. They're not waterproof or lockable but they beat using a cardboard box hands down. I just wish I could get them plain at the same price I got these.
