I originally bought one of the smaller hard side unit. It didn't work well. I thought it would clean better plus it came ready to use with AC or DC.
This unit is 90w. I liked that. It works wonderfully. Lunch has never been so easy. I wish it had been set up for both AC and DC. I can buy a converter but that pretty much doubles the price.
So far I've used it to reheat leftovers. I put a fresh vegetable under or next to the leftover. It's perfect by lunch time. I tried white rice, it didn't work. I left it on all day, it didn't happen. I also had the asparagus in a separate container on top of the rice and pork chop containers. That wasn't really successful. Looks like the container needs to be in contact. Enjoy!
This is still working well. I bought a nice set of glass bento type containers with vents. I just pop lunch into the little over and wait for a move hot lunch. The food is hot enough you need to be careful at first bit they seem to cool down quickly. I had some left over corn bread and some honey that had sugared so I found a very small bottle. I put the honey, opened, on the floor of the oven. It's wonderful for reheating.
Tomorrow I'll have left over Chinese take-out. I'll add some water to the rice before heating. It will be perfect.

I love this thing! Works WAY better than a microwave for frozen meals, you just have to remember to plug it in about 2 hours in advance, and you'll have a steaming hot meal that's evenly heated and not burnt
