This kit was used to unclog the (color) ink printheads on an Epson WF printer. None of the colors were printing well before using the kit. The first trial with the cleaning fluid (after 2 hours) ended up with no positive results. The instructions that come with the kit do not provide a detailed enough description of what to do if things don't work as expected. However, there were YouTube videos that helped. After 2 more cleaning attempts, and running the head cleaning process on the printer multiple times, the printer is fully printing color again. Overall, the kit did include everything needed to do the job.

Our friend gave us a Epson WF-2750 2 years ago. We stored it up and didn't think about it. Oldest daughter is entering high school now, so she needs her own printer. The 2750 wouldn't print a thing. Just a few lines of blue and red. That's it. All of the cartridges dried up. So I ordered this kit plus some non-oem print cartridges. I was already using 98% alcohol on the print head along with a paper towel soaked in Windex on the printer head, and that was removing tons of stuff. I followed the directions (watch some youtube vids to help understand), injected the liquid using the tube and syringe, and OMG the amount of ink that still came out onto the paper towel was amazing. Did this 4-5 time until I wasn't getting much ink out. Put the cartridges in, did 3 print head cleanings and this thing prints like it was new again! Do I recommend it? Oh yes, without a doubt.

It works! I have an Epson XP-434. Due to everything going on, I can't get to anywhere to print and I needed an important document printed. My printer is out of warranty, so Epson wanted me to pay to have it sent somewhere to fix. Once I determined it was most likely a clogged printer head, I bought this kit and was able to fix it myself. The instructions are fairly simple (admittedly I looked at a YouTube before buying, so I had an idea of how to do it when it came). My document is printed and I have my printer back at a crucial time.

Easy to use, but set aside some time. Note that this does not work for heavy clogs. If you try to force it, then it will likely break the seal above the print nozzle and spray everywhere. Possibly with ink.
