Kitty didn't go inside right away, I put her food in there a couple of times to let her know it' was safe for her. She understood and will go in on her own now. So far so good. Haven't use it in the winter yet but hopefully she will still use it. The heat part is very nice so far.
4 MONTH UPDATE *** Kitty loves it. It's held up really well outside during the snow and Winter. I check it often to make sure the heat element still works and it does and it is keeping the kitties warm. I would definitely recommend.

Please understand I am an old lady that can't see very well and the zippers are super tiny and take two people (in my case) I felt that the starter part of the zipper on the housing was small......probably my age showing here. However once we got it assembled it was sturdy....we are using inside of a non heated garage, a ferral cat that we have been feeding this summer. Our weather turns cold very fast and can rise and fall 30 degrees sometimes. This little cutey had an ear that was missing a tip so I was worried that it froze off. We have coaxed this kitty to coming in at night to the garage to let out in the morning. He spilled his water on the heating pad ( we had the bed set up outside the house cause he wouldn't go in). Thank goodness we caught the spill while doing our before sleep check on him. We took the cover off to dry it and the zipper wouldn't work again. I didn't want to complain until we had our children and grandchildren try to get it closed. Nope it's broke. I would have sucked this up, however I got an email from this company wanting to know how it was going. I called the number and they are replacing the cover immediately. Rambling of an old lady, don't usually write reviews, however the extra lengths this seller went to deserves a HIGH FIVE. THANK YOU
