Can't even budge the "heavy" one

These are very good quality, and I like how they don't pull on my hair. However, I can't even move the one marked "heavy" and the "medium" one is almost as hard to stretch. I get about 6" of stretch with the "light" one, 2" with "medium" and 0" with "heavy." You might say I should work out more, and that may be true, but I would say don't get these unless you're pretty advanced and strong, as only one of the 3 bands is usable for me. It does come with a nice exercise guide and the bag is handy for storing the 2 I can't use.
They are very sturdy

These booty bands work great !!! Made of a heavy cloth type material with lots of resistance to make sure it's working what you want. I'm using mine for Physial therapy but will continue after that's over.

best fabric bands i've gotten. really good quality stretch and doesn't 'pinch' at all. looks nice. range of motion better than my old fabric bands. range of motion could still be better, but that's the downside of fabric bands opposed to rubber.

I am happy with the purchase of these bands as I am a plus size mom, starting my weight loss journey and I wanted something that I could use at home. I am impressed with the quality and that they don't SLIDE DOWN! I've only used the lighter one and it is a challenge in my work out. Try it out it's worth the purchase.
