No fish were killed to feed me

I really like the taste of this tuna substitute, even though the cats turned up their noses. I also like the fact that nothing had to lose it's life to feed me :) It makes great sandwiches.
Tastes like chicken/shrimp ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

I decided to taste it before I added anything to it like mayo or mustard and I think it tastes like chicken in its texture but it has a definite sweetness to it that is more like shrimp. I don't think it tastes like tuna but tasting like chicken and/or shrimp is more than a happy settle. I use it for making pasta salads where I used to use tuna and peas with mayonnaise, chopped fresh sweet onions and a little bit of mustard with salt, pepper and garlic. But since I've been vegan for 15+ years,I have been omitting the tuna and decided to give this brand a try and I'm glad that I did. I think it's going to be a very nice addition to my traditional salad. And I love this salad cold with the days getting hotter on us.
Great vegan/vegetarian alternative!

I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think there's still a little room for improvement with the taste. I love the packaging, the texture, and it tastes good. I use mine to make "tuno" salad sandwiches.
Good tuno salad

Tuno salad with chopped dill pickles, Celery, and vegan ranch dressing. My non vegan friends like it. For lunch on the road, take a container of this salad with a box of Triscuit crackers and pull off at a picnic table. Strawberries for dessert. Yum. Simple.
Whip some up!

This tuno is pretty good. It mixes up like tuna but doesn't have any fishy taste to it. In fact it pretty much tastes like nothing. I've used it in tuna helper and made tuno salad with it and both were very good. It's a little chewy.
