Takes a bit longer than the usual Amazon order, however, was very excited for its arrival. I had seen someone on Tiktok mentioning hula-hooping to trim down the waist and thought why not because my city/country is still heavily quarantining (hopefully). It was packaged into a fairly small box and the instructions were fairly but understandable. It took me a second to get used to the weight but after that I noticed somewhat quick results the following days. The instructions do outline that it's not appropriate for using when you're menstruating so I thought that was the reason why I had some slight pain (v ouchy) but turns out I was just too overly excited and ditched the instructions calling for break times in between use.
