What a gorgeous hat and unlike most hats I've come to realize shipped by Amazon, it came in a common sense box with cardboard reinforcements that kept it safe and undamaged during shipping. The feathers were even tucked safely in a little envelope to keep them safe. Full disclosure: I did return the hat because it looked terrible on me which isn't the hat's fault or any reflection on its quality and design. I'm a little mad at my head right now for looking so bad in such a good hat.
