I bought a couple of GTD wireless mics several years ago, and they've been solid workhorses, so when I needed more mics I decided to try them again.
Setup was easy - actually easier than the manual indicates. The units were all preset to frequencies out of the box, so there was no need to follow the instructions to set them up. I just put in batteries, turned everything on, and everything worked.
The only problem I've seen so far is that the mics tend to distort at really high volume. I didn't have this problem on my first set from several years ago, so I'm assuming it has something to do with the gain setting. I looked at the instructions which say that the gain can be set for each mic by removing the capsule (see image). I followed those instructions but couldn't figure out how to adjust the gain. I contacted the seller, who informed me that the gain can't be set on individual mics, in direct contradiction to the instructions. I'm going to try to set the gain on the receiver and see how that goes.
Overall, though, these are very solid mics for the price.

For the price this sounds great. It's competing with my sennheiser. I had artists prefer this more. Remember to fully set the gain within the unit as well as under the head of the microphone and the gain on the channel a long with compression and it will sound outstanding. I have 1 unit, I'm buying 2-3 more. Great product. The item could use more weight. Fyi: my-setup, 120 ft from unit-line of sight, and 6 other wireless sennheiser microphone, 1 sennheiser IEM, in operation and wifi router as well. Didn't have any issues at all.
Con: I can not use my rechargeable batteries in this unit they get stuck. Will be uploading a unboxing video soon when I order the other microphones.
