Once together, the rack is remarkably sturdy. It's not really built to handle pots and pans, but, for plates, bowls, cups, and utensils, it's perfect.

Nice for everyday dishes, but be careful not to overload or place heavy items on the second tier! Base isn't weighted enough to handle too much weight on top and may tip. Besides that good product for the price.
