Shoes aren’t visibly bigger

I used them for weeks. I turn them every few days to widen and widen them more but when I try on my shoes they don't seem widened or elongated or even more comfortable. My shoes are suede and leather so they should stretch but they don't seem like they are.
So far so good, the plastic is holding up.

I've stretched out some motorcycle shoes that were a bit too narrow, and they got noticably roomier after having these in for a day. It doesn't seem to require the stretching spray, but it might help on some shoes like leather. The bunion pieces pop in like a Mr Potato Head. The attachments are a little too "pointy" for my needs, and stretching with them can leave a noticable bump. I wish there were some other shaped attachments that were a bit smoother, maybe even some kind of pliable rubber.
Likewise for the upper expander. It does work, but can leave an awkward looking bulge. It's also awkward to place that attachment, since it just rides on the top with no securing mechanism.
Overall I'm very happy. For the price of about $20, I can widen all kinds of shoes in my size range. I'm not afraid of getting the boot version now. I was worried the plastic screw/nut would just crack, but it's some kind of smooth hard plastic, tougher than most.
These will probably not work for very hard boots like motorcycle MX boots, plastic shell skiiing boots, etc.

I bought these to stretch a pair of Trail Running shoes. The manufacturer I buy from has improved their product over the years, but when you find previous product versions, their Speed-cross 4's are a little tight on width which they improved in 5's and 6's. So I can wear a 9.5 regular width without going to a wide width. But again the 4's are a little tight. So I bought these stretchers, wet the running shoes in warm water and let sit for 48 hours, worked perfectly opened the width up just right to fit my feet. Very good product.

The shoe stretcher is easy to use but you have to be careful because of you turn the knob too much it will make the pieces pop of and break. Besides that the product is good and works well. It stretched my two pairs of speakers that didn't fit
