Received as gift, love being able to make various coffee drinks, don't like the extra clean up but I'm not paying $7 a drink either! Bean grinder works well but again it's messy and what do you do with all the extra-- have to put it in something air tight until you use it up and want fresh ground beans again. Love having the milk froth and have used all types of milk including almond or coconut depending on my mood. Good quality, seems like it will last a long time, stays looking nice on the counter, a bit noisy but that's to be expected. Good gift for any coffee lover-- I tend to just use it on the weekends when I don't have to run out the door and have the time to clean up afterwards. Now if only I could find room in the cabinet to put all the accessories...!
great machine

Fun and easy to use for even the novice of users

My husband ordered the 10 piece All-in-One Barista Bundle Espresso Machine & Cappuccino Maker for our anniversary. My two adult children (22 and 18) are coffee drinkers, too, and in light of stay in place orders, my daughter's and my weekly coffee dates have been moved to the house.

I've never owned an espresso and/or cappuccino maker, so understand that this review is coming from a novice. My son is a fan of the espresso, my daughter loves the cappuccino and I enjoy lattes. Making each of these coffee beverages is easy as pushing a button. The milk container pops into the machine with relative ease. I took it off in between uses and put it in the door of my refrigerator. I was afraid it was going to drip (as I had read in an earlier review). I did notice it dripped, but it must have dripped just long enough to clear out the tube that bridges to the cup. When I opened the refrigerator to take it out to make another latte, it had stopped dripping.

I really like the machine. It is loud, but aren't most machines loud? I don't know if it's worth the money because, as I said, I'm very new to all of this.

I used Dunkin' Donuts whole beans in the grinder. Learning how long to grind the beans took my crew and I a few times to perfect. And to fair, the beans we are using probably aren't ideal. I'm all ears for better coffee to use.

My only "gripe" about all of this is that the instructions didn't include any recipes. It would have been nice to have some included, especially for new users. But ultimately, I suppose it's pretty straight forward: grind beans, pack filter, lock into machine and press a button of your choice.

I would definitely buy this product again (but hope and I pray I don't have to!) Despite the size of the box, the machine is relatively compact in size. In fact, my son commented that he wished there was more "heft" to when locking the coffee into the machine. But again, this could just be us as new users.
UDTATED -- Plastic (required) insert will melt after 3 months. Support did respond.

Updated --
Support did respond. They emailed but from an email address that didn't match company name, so obviously it went to junk. Returned my phone call and are sending out a replacement.

The replacement is plastic, as that's all they make. This is a genuine design flaw, which I've not seen in other machines, but I appreciate their responsiveness - just a note to CALL don't email via their online form unless you don't get a lot of emails and don't get a lot of spam. They don't answer the phone. You have to leave a voicemail.

Love the machine. EXCEPT. After 3 months, i discovered the little filter piece inside the portafilter basket, being PLASTIC, had melted.

Initially, espresso could get through but finally melted shut. I cut the melted tip off to continue use, but that didn't help for long.

I've reached out and emailed support several times but they never even respond.

All other espresso machines seem to use a metal piece for this component. It appears to be the only weakness - but I can no longer use my machine at all.
I can buy an entire replacement portafilter and hope the plastic is included (not pictured or referenced on the replacement part listing) but that's a bigger expense and I know it's a 3 month "fix" at best

Hoping they read their reviews more than their support emails.
A lot to like at this price point, but not for everyone

I love coffee as long as it is strong and to temperature. Unfortunately, most drip machines waste too many coffee beans to get a robust cup from simply pouring hot water over them. Nespresso machines are different in that they pressurize water to extract more flavor from fewer beans. However, machines that I have been interested in (like the Seico models) cost $800 or more. When I saw this model for ~250, with a frother and a manufacturer that had good reviews on other models, I went for it. Here are my impressions over a week's daily use:

Pros:
Good price from an ostensibly reputable small market manufacturer based on other products
Can make almost any variety of coffee (latte, mach, capp, cold etc)
The first cup I made, my wife thought that I purchased from Starbucks. I agreed with her.
The milk frother is really convenient. Just pour milk in and let it steam out into the cup. You can program the amount of milk that you like.

Cons:
I make coffee in the early morning, and when sleepy have a hard time physically getting the coffee into the maker. One has to stoop under and look up and turn at the same time to get a good seal. Several times I almost lost a scoop because I couldn't get it into the "groove" under the machine.

One needs to grind the coffee extra fine and usually select a darker roast as compared to drip coffee. This might not be great for lovers of Kona, Arabica, etc

The temperature was not the same as drip coffee. I do like a hot cup, even in the heat of summer. And because the maker uses pressure instead of heat, it might not be as hot as people are used to.

The milk frother isnt that easy to clean. I left a cup out all day and it smelled bad. To clean it, one has to focus water into the small hose.

Overall, it is a 4-star product if you know what you are looking for. I returned it however, because of the patience needed to get the coffee loaded when half asleep, and partly because of the lower temperature than I am used to.
