Excellent product at a very fair price. Lightweight and versatile. Have used them on heavy duty winter apinist boots (Scarpa Inverno), as well as medium-weight hiking boots. Securely fastened to both fairly easily and remain securely in place throughout alpine hikes lasting 2 to 4 hours with minimal adjustments. Excellent secure traction on crusty snow, ice and rocks + mixed terrain. I highly recommend these for alpine trails and backcountry use.
