Privacy filter works great as stated. If you are in front of the screen, you can see things clearrly. When you start to move away from the center, the screen begins to darken, becoming black from a side angle. It also blocks the glare as well. Just what I wantedd for my computer at work.

This was the first time I had ever bought privacy screens so I was skeptical at first and not sure where to start. I just started reading reviews and found that this product seemed to have decent reviews. These did come with 2 different adhesives methods which was good. I read reviews on other competing products where others were having to find their own adhesive. Purchased 3 and all were used on Sceptre 24in E248W monitors. They Seem a little expensive compared to others but the user loves them so that is what counts.

First things first, I have NEVER had such GREAT Customer Service before SightPro. These people went above and beyond. After my first review, they sent me two follow-up letters apologizing for their product not satisfying, in HANDWRITTEN envelopes with my name on it. They not only refunded me for the product, but they sent me a replacement with additional installation equipment, and then, when they developed a product that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, they sent that to me, as well. The new product was an easy-on/easy-off privacy screen that did not require installation (which was how I was using the original product, but SO MUCH BETTER QUALITY!). The Easy On/Off Privacy Screen version is highly recommended--it stays on your screen (no static electricity required), and you can take it off again. Provides the same great-quality privacy screen as the original, but much better application. Very happy with the end result, and I will definitely buy the Easy On/Off version again for my next computer!

Don't Bother Installing- Product Can Be Used Without: Product installation does not work. Static electricity held the product onto my screen just fine (but only with the glossy side towards the screen). This way, I can put it on and take it off as I need it. The two-sided tape they give you is raised enough that it can never be flush with your screen, meaning lots of bubbles, and the tape is visible on the screen, too. The tape kept peeling away, too, so it's not a great adhesive anyways. Didn't affect my touch screen capability, and it does provide privacy. So the product itself works, just the application sucks.

I purchased the wrong size screen, but followed the suggestion sent with the packing materials, to contact the seller online. They helped me identify the correct screen, and sent it to me without requiring me to return the wrong size (which was only wrong because I had not measured correctly.)
As far as the screen itself goes, I will repeat the warning that the privacy element is effective only from side-viewers, but not for someone directly behind.
