I mix it with a 2:1 ratio of Aloe Vera Juice to ACV to help make it less harsh on my stomach. Taste is an acquired one but definitely better than most ACV I have tried. The additional spices give a decent flavor and have good help benefits.

So, if you can stomach acv then you can stomach this. It's not tasty, but it's not bad either. After a few days you get used to the taste. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks & so far I've noticed that I haven't had any problems with my acid reflux. That's a plus for me! My skin also seems to be glowing, but perhaps that's in my head lol
