I mix it with a 2:1 ratio of Aloe Vera Juice to ACV to help make it less harsh on my stomach. Taste is an acquired one but definitely better than most ACV I have tried. The additional spices give a decent flavor and have good help benefits.

It's way better tasting if it's ice cold. My MS doctor recommended this. I just took my first shot so I'll try to update later. The taste isnt horrible horrible but it's got ACV in it so it's tart, channel do it a little warm too lol. Like I said, it's best ice ice ice cold.
5/23/23 I've had 4 of these and I've noticed a difference. I have a little more energy and my MS fatigue is getting a little better. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have no reason to blow smoke up your "you know where". Even on an empty stomach it doesn't effect me with being uncomfortable with an acidity like pain. So far so good. Extremely happy. With MS you're willing to try anything to help jump start your day and glad i gave it a go. Thanks Doc!!
