I'm 5'3" and 160. The large is a little big, the small/regular was way too small- didn't close even a little. This is a light weight fabric, definitely not high quality but not super cheap either. I'm happy with value for the money. Will say I'm not wild about the ruffle- it looks weirdly frilly for an Asian aesthetic.
