Bad back. The gel pack is sturdy and good great quality. I put the pack in the freezer and it gets cold quick and keeps the coldness. I would have liked it if the gel actually froze. I haven't tried heating it yet.

I would suggest Getting a back up ice pack to rotate them in and out. I'm not sure how long the mesh That holds the ice pack will last as it is thin and I can see it wearing over time.
