Very good quality rolling pin and I love the longer 23.6" size. Just what I was looking for! No matter what type of dough I'm rolling out I won't have to constantly be going back over the roller end lines to smooth them out like I did with my regular size marble rolling pin. I also like that I can make flakier pastry with it over other rolling pins because I can put my rolling pin in the fridge along with my pie dough to chill so the pin will help keep my pasty dough nice and cold while I'm rolling it out. The roller guides will be so nice to help me keep everything I'm rolling out the same thickness instead of ending up with dough that's thicker in the middle and thin on the edges. It's well made and just the right weight not heavy but not light either and it comes with markings right on the pin so if you don't have a silicone rolling mat with printed and numbered rings on it you can still tell exactly how big around your rolled dough is. I also like that it comes with 4 numbered thickness disks for each end of the pin so you have 4 different choices of dough thicknesses you can use and they are easy to change out. I absolutely Love my new rolling pin and most definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to bake.

You should include a rolling pin "sock" because some dough sticks a little ... but maybe keeping dough cold would help? Still, I like it.

These are great for rolling dough to a uniform thickness. The plastic bolt/nut needs to be stronger, I dropped the rolling pin and it broke, I did not return it because I dropped it, but I ended up 3D printing another one.
