Perfect fit for an old Furman SPB-8C ABS Pedalboard Case!

I have been looking for a suitable replacement telescoping handle for an old Furman SPB-8C guitar pedalboard case. Unfortunately, Furman has long-disontinued these pedalboards and no longer are able to support these products with any replacement parts.
That said, I FINALLY located a telescoping handle which is as close to an exact OEM for as is possible anymore! The only requirement is that the lower cross member support section must be removed. This was super easy to accomplish, as they provide a Phillips screwdriver with the handle. Remove 2 scre8, slip off the plastic cross member and it's ready to be installed inside the channels molded into the case lid. This unit fits absolutely perfectly! Even the upper (exposed) mount holes are the exact dimensions as the original!
I have not yet messed with the distal end of the telescoping rods, as the originals had small pop rivets securing them to the inside lid surface.
Very happy to have found a good quality replacement handle for my case!
