I installed the 79% VLT film on my car's side windows in hopes that it would block the heat (I'm in Texas) yet allow full visibility. It does both very well. Now those afternoon drives home with the sun on my left no longer burn me up and the A/C doesn't work as hard as it used to. Visibility is near clear. There is a slight tint to the film but it isn't noticeable unless you hold up a white piece of paper next to it. The description says UV blocking is 98.6%. I would say that is accurate.

Put it at the very top of my windshield. Took off a star because it is almost impossible to get the bubbles out. It helps keep the sun out of my eyes when it is at that certain angle. I would buy again if I needed it.

I have worked with many tint brands and this one is super easy to work with. the backing is thicker than I am accustomed to and thought the film was thicker. it is not. it is a robust film that resists stretching very well. As long as you use proper lubrication on it, repositioning is extremely forgiving. That being said, it is super sticky once dried and doesn't seem to like being removed. That alone is a huge plus for me.
